Call of Duty: Ghosts is a first-person shooter developed by Infinity Ward and released by Activision. It is the tenth part of the Call-of-Duty series. The game was released on November 5, 2013 for the PlayStation 3 , Xbox 360 , Wii U , Windows , [2] as well as the Launchtitel for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One . [3]
The game has new battlefields, a new plot and an improved engine , compared to its predecessors .
The story begins with Elias Walker, father of the protagonist , who tells his sons Logan (protagonist) and David "Hesh" the legend about the special unit of the Ghosts . After he has finished, the three on the way home are disturbed by a supposed earthquake. At the same time, the ODIN space station is taken by the Federation , a federation of all South American states. Thereupon several US-American cities are destroyed.
Ten years later, Logan, David and her German Shepherd, Riley, are on a mission on the wall separating the US and the territory of the Federation. They sighted an American who helped the Federation with Riley's help. A short time later the US base, on which the Walkers are stationed, is attacked by the Federation. The brothers look for their father and are caught in a burning house and saved by the ghosts. There they learn that their father is the leader of the Ghosts and the man who helps the Federation is called Rorke and was a Ghost.
The events are over and the Ghosts are captured by Rorke and killed Elias by Rorke. Thereupon Walker brothers chase Rorke and face him in a fight where Hesh is injured and rescued from land by Logan. Rorke, however, survives and takes Logan with him
